Need a proper MINI specialist near Khalifa City for my Cooper S

I've been driving my MINI Cooper S for about four years now and I absolutely love the performance, it's such a blast to drive especially on the highways here. But I've been having this ongoing issue with the turbo that's been really frustrating. Sometimes the power just drops off and I get this hesitation when accelerating, it feels like the boost isn't coming in properly. I've taken it to a couple of different garages and they've all given me different diagnoses, one said it was the diverter valve, another said the wastegate actuator, and honestly I'm just confused at this point. I live in the Khalifa City area and I really need to find a Certified MINI Cooper service garage near Khalifa City that actually has the proper diagnostic equipment and technicians who understand these turbocharged engines. I don't want to keep throwing money at parts that might not even be the problem. I've been reading about MINI specialists in Abu Dhabi but most of them seem to be in the Musaffah or ICAD areas which are quite a drive from me. I'm hoping there's something closer that I just haven't discovered yet. Has anyone had a similar turbo issue on their Cooper S and can recommend a place that actually fixed it properly? I'm getting really frustrated with this whole situation and just want my car to run right again.
