Thinking of buying a used A4, worried about who will maintain it here

I am close to pulling the trigger on a 2017 A4 from a private seller, the price is right and the car drives beautifully, but the one thing holding me back is maintenance. I keep reading horror stories about people getting fleeced at random garages because the mechanics do not understand these engines and just start replacing things. Someone in another group mentioned trusted Audi specialists at Car AC Repair Sharjah and it got me thinking about whether I should line up a reliable workshop before I even buy the car, kind of like having a plan B ready. The seller says it has full service history but I have not verified any of it yet. For those of you who bought used Audis here, did you get a pre purchase inspection done first and where? I do not want to end up with a car that looks fine but has hidden issues with the turbo or the gearbox. Any advice from people who have been through this would really help.
