Found a Range Rover in Al Quoz, is this inspection report service worth it?

I've been hunting for a used Range Rover for a while and finally found one in Al Quoz that looks promising, but the seller is one of those guys who says everything is perfect and doesn't have much paperwork to back it up. I've heard these SUVs can have air suspension problems and electrical gremlins that only show up after a few weeks, so I'm not about to hand over that kind of money without a proper check. A colleague at work mentioned he'd used a Leading Range Rover used car inspection report near Al Quoz when he bought his and said it saved him from a bad deal, but I don't know if that's just him being cautious or if it's genuinely necessary. Has anyone here actually gone through a similar inspection on a used Range Rover? Did it catch something the seller conveniently forgot to mention? I'm in Dubai Marina so Al Quoz is close, which is why I'm hoping to find someone local. The seller is pushing me to decide by the weekend, which always makes me a bit nervous, and I don't want to rush into something I'll regret. Any real experiences would really help me decide.
