Signed up for a premium plan, here's my honest take after six months

So back in March I decided to stop doing the whole scramble around whenever something went wrong and signed up for an exclusive Jeep premium maintenance plan at a workshop a few friends recommended. Six months in and I have mixed feelings, so I figured I'd share in case anyone else is on the fence. The good part is they actually do a full inspection each visit and they caught a small coolant seep in July that would've turned into a bigger headache if I'd ignored it. The oil changes are on schedule and I don't have to think about it. The annoying part is scheduling, because slots fill up fast and I've had to book almost two weeks ahead a couple of times. Also, not everything is covered, so I still paid separately when my brakes needed doing, which surprised me a bit. For anyone on a similar plan, does yours include wear items like pads or is that normal to pay extra? And do you feel the inspections are genuinely thorough or just a checklist they run through quickly?
