I could really use some expert advice here because I'm in a bit of a stressful situation and don't know what to think. My car was involved in a pretty decent shunt a couple of weeks ago, rear-ended at a traffic light, and while the body shop has given me a quote for the visible panel damage, I'm really worried about what might be lurking underneath. The boot floor looks a bit crumpled and the gaps around the rear doors don't seem quite right to me, even though the guy at the garage said it's probably just cosmetic.
