I got tired of missing the new moon and then pretending I meant to start in the middle. Four phone reminders: new, first quarter, full, last quarter. On the new one I write one intention. On the full one I write what I am done carrying and put the paper in recycling. No altar, no playlist. If you want the eight phase names in order I keep them here:
